Introducing our Corporal Works of Mercy patch! This patch is a perfect way to recognize the hard work and dedication of girls who have committed themselves to serving others through acts of charity and compassion.

The Corporal Works of Mercy are a set of seven practices rooted in Catholic social teaching that are focused on helping those who are in need. These works include feeding the hungry, giving drink to the thirsty, clothing the naked, sheltering the homeless, visiting the sick, visiting the imprisoned, and burying the dead.

This patch is a wonderful reminder of the importance of serving others and living out the Scout Promise to "help people at all times." By earning this patch, Girl Scouts will have demonstrated their commitment to making a positive impact in their community and the world around them.

Whether it's through volunteering at a local food bank, visiting residents at a nursing home, or collecting clothing donations for those in need, our Corporal Works of Mercy  patch is a symbol of the incredible work that Girl Scouts are doing to make the world a better place.
