🚀🌕 THE FUTURE ISN’T JUST SOMETHING YOU WATCH — IT’S SOMETHING YOU TRAIN FOR, STEP INTO, AND BECOME.
Welcome to Artemis Leadership Lab: She Goes Next — an inspiring, all-ages STEM and leadership adventure that transforms one mission-themed meeting into a journey of teamwork, confidence, innovation, and discovery.
This isn’t just a meeting plan. It’s an immersive, confidence-building experience powered by curiosity and girl-led leadership—designed to feel exciting, meaningful, and memorable. Inspired by the Artemis missions and the message “We go first. She goes next,” scouts discover an empowering truth: the future of exploration, science, and leadership is not far away — it is something they can begin stepping into right now.
Girls begin with a short, age-friendly mission briefing that welcomes them as crew members and introduces the main mission: training through a series of hands-on activities that mirror the path of a real space mission. Each role, challenge, and reflection moment helps girls practice leadership, communication, creativity, and STEM problem-solving while showing them that every crew member matters.
Then the program opens into optional add-on experiences that leaders can include or skip depending on time and supplies:
🪪 Crew Role Rotation (girls switch mission roles and responsibilities throughout the program)
🛰️ Orbit Challenge Extension (girls test balance, motion, and systems in new ways)
🏗️ Future Mission Design Lab (girls invent new tools, habitats, or mission ideas)
💌 Mission Reflection Cards (girls write what they will do when they step into their mission)
The ending is the leader-favorite moment: girls gather for their final mission reflection, share what they learned, and receive their patch/certificate—feeling proud, capable, connected, and sure of one thing: they didn’t just talk about leadership and STEM… they stepped into it.
Perfect for ages 5–17, this program works for any troop size and any setting—meeting rooms, gyms, campouts, backyard tables, libraries, or community events. It’s imaginative without being overwhelming: one clear mission, flexible activity choices, simple role-based structure, and a finish that leaves girls glowing with “we did something big” energy.
