What is the processing time for ready to ship items?
Our processing time is listed in the item description of each listing. If the item is ready to ship, it will be packaged and shipped within 1-2 business days. (For the most part we ship almost everyday and our cut-off is 2 pm EST)

Why has my package not been shipped yet?

If your order has not been shipped yet, it is most likely because your order contains a "pre-order" item and it has yet to arrive from our manufacturer.

If your order consists of patches in stock and pre-order, we will ship your order all at once.If you would like to receive your ready to ship items sooner, please place a separate order for them or contact me to make arrangements.


What is a pre-order?

A pre-order is the purchase of an item that has been designed and that is in the process of being produced. Pre-order patches can take up to 4 weeks to arrive in our hands always refer to the notes in the listing.


When will I know when my package has been shipped?

The moment we generate your shipping label, you will receive an email confirming your order has been shipped.

Do all order include tracking information?

The answer is no. In order to help our customers save on shipping our shipping rates range from $1.00 to $3.50. We use First Class Mail Mail Service if you order 1-6 patches and for any order with 7 or more patches will be use USPS Package rate which does include USPS tracking.

Mad About Patches is not responsible for lost, damaged or stolen packages.

We ask that you ensure your shipping information is correct during check out. Mad About Patches does not take responsibility for packages shipped to incorrect addresses due to customer error.
