Activity ideas

1. I SMELL CHILDREN

For this game you will need various brown paper bags with different things inside it can literally be anything from a rotten banana to smelly sneaker. old gym shoes. To give it that girl scout twist aadd ingredients found in gs cookies.  Such as Chocolate, Marshmallows, Peanut Butter to name a few. You are going to label each bag with a number and line up your guest. The guest will need to have a blind fold on and get a chance to smell in each bag and write down their guess on a piece of paper with the corresponding bag number. After everyone has smelled in each bag reveal what's inside each one and the person who smelled the most right wins.

2. MOUNT THE BROOM RELAY
This party game is a relay race for it. You will need two brooms, a start line, a finish line, and an even amount of players. To play the game you will need to create two even lines as the start line. Each line will have a broomstick each person will hold the broom in their legs with no hands then go to the finish line and return back to their line with the broom and pass it off to the next person in line and they will repeat until everyone in the line goes. The first line to go through all their people without dropping their broom wins.

You'll need paper plates, candy corn and whipped cream to play this silly (yet delicious) game. Players use their mouths to find the candy corn hidden in the whipped cream.

6. Pumpkin Carving Contest

Pumpkin carving is a classic Halloween activity that will keep everyone engaged and active! From silly faces and unique designs, there's no limit to the ideas they can come up with!

7. Halloween Movie Trivia

It's not Halloween without a night of scary movies. Brainstorm trivia questions for kids to answer after watching and hand out a trophy or prize to motivate them throughout the night.

8. Pumpkin Tic, Tac, Toe

This game is as easy as drawing Xs and Os on your little pumpkins and creating a tic, tac, toe board on a table with tape.

9. Halloween Heads Up

Everyone has to write down a Hocus Pocus word on a post-it. Then, one person picks a word from the pile (without looking!) and tries to guess what it is based on the clues.

10. Pumpkin Relay

Celebrate Halloween and work on kids' gross motor skills all at the same time! For this relay race, take a mini pumpkin (or an orange ball, or an orange balloon, depending on the kids' ages) and come up with a series of physical challenges for them: walk with the "pumpkin" between their knees, move the pumpkin with their feet etc. First team to complete all challenges win!
