Activity ideas perfect for this:
From Mad About Patches
Target Toss:Girls aim to land their pumpkin on a “haunted bullseye” mat or into a bucket labeled “Cauldron of Candy.”
Distance Dash:Measure how far each pumpkin flies and have scouts graph their results — perfect STEM tie-in.
Style Points Round:Before launch, each scout decorates her pumpkin or launcher. Awards could include:
“Cutest Candy Catapult”
“Pumpkin Picasso”
“Sweetest Science”
Candy Corn Chaos (Finale):Everyone gets one candy corn pumpkin and launches simultaneously for a hilarious confetti-like ending!
