How you interact:
💛 Each mood will have a "bucket list" of challenge ideas that girls can choose from when they start their day. These challenges will be stored using a spreadsheet-style format inside Jotform (either via Jotform Tables or their Input Table/Spreadsheet widgets).

Once a girl selects how she wants to feel that day (for example: Confident, Creative, or Calm), she’ll be taken to a screen that shows a list of challenges specifically tied to that mood.

Each challenge will:

Be shown as a selectable option (checkbox or tap card)

Be connected to a point value (like 5, 10, or 15 points)

Let her choose just one or multiple depending on what she’s up for that day

As she completes challenges over the summer:

The points she earns will be tracked and totaled

She’ll see her progress grow across days and moods

At the end of the program, her total points will unlock a "Summer of Me" identity type based on how many points she earned (like "Creative Explorer" or "Bold Dreamer")

This keeps the program playful, interactive, and totally girl-driven—she gets to choose how she feels and then choose how to show up that day, all while earning credit and making memories.

Iron-On Instructions – Please Read Carefully:

This patch includes a plastic cover containing plastic charms, so it's important not to apply heat directly to the front.

Do not iron directly over the plastic front.
Instead, preheat the fabric area well, then flip the garment inside out and iron briefly from the back.
Check as you go to make sure the patch is adhering properly.
If ironing makes you nervous, you can also sew the patch on or use fabric glue as an alternative.
