J. Brown, Arizona Troop leader and goes all the way out with her Nightmare Before Christmas holiday decorations every year. She and her girls host a Jack Skellington, Nightmare Before Christmas themed event in which they take donations in the form of toys and gently used clothes starting in Halloween all the way through Christmas.
