leaders hitting a ninja gym and taking on an obstacle course inspired by crossing the parapet — balancing, climbing, hanging on, pushing through, and finishing strong when your legs are shaking and your brain is saying “absolutely not.”

Basically… cookie season, but make it fantasy. 😅🍪

They’re calling it Wing Leader training — strength, endurance, courage, and a whole lot of “I will not fall today” energy — and I was instantly in. We turned the experience into a mythic academy-style crest to mark the moment leaders survive it and earn their bragging rights.

This is leadership. This is sisterhood. This is celebrating everything we didn’t crumble under this season.
