Recently, I was standing in Milan with Madi and my family, thinking about the upcoming Milan–Cortina Winter Olympics and everything those games represent — strength, perseverance, and women showing up fully in their power.

I knew then that I wanted to create a patch inspired by that feeling. I just needed to take the time to get it right.

This design has been sitting with me for a while — not because it was hard to draw, but because I wanted it to mean something. I kept thinking about girls who feel strong and scared at the same time… girls who are still figuring themselves out… girls who don’t always realize how powerful they already are.

And yet — they are UNSTOPPABLE.

Strong enough to dream big. Brave enough to keep going.
Determined enough to make it all the way to the Olympics.

While I was there, I also kept thinking about how powerful words can be — especially for girls who are learning to be brave even when they feel nervous. There’s a simple Italian phrase I fell in love with, and I’d love to share it with you and your girls:

Sogna in grande. Non mollare.
(SOHN-yah een GRAHN-day. Non mo-LAH-ray.)
Dream big. Don’t give up.

I love this phrase because it reminds girls that it’s okay to feel scared — what matters is continuing forward anyway. It’s the same mindset that carries women all the way to the Olympics, and the same one we want our girls to practice every day.
